1962: The Beatles signed a management deal with Brian Epstein.
1965: Dr. Robert Moog launched his synthesizer.
1967: Chris Squire’s group, The Syn supported Jimi Hendrix at The Marquee, London.
1976: Bob Dylan started a 5-week run at No.1 on the US album chart with ‘Desire’.
1981: Steve Tyler of Aerosmith was hospitalised, after being involved in a crash on his motorbike.
1982: Rose Bayonet supported Cold Chisel, at Wellington Town Hall ~ I was there, on stage as singer for Rose Bayonet!
2015: Three Dog Night / Foreigner / Heart concert at Taupo Amphitheatre ~ I was there!
2017: Death of drummer, Claude “Butch” Trucks of The Allman Brothers Band [aged 69].
2018: Death of singer / songwriter, Mark E. Smith of The Fall [aged 60].
2018: Roger Waters performed his ‘Us and Them’ concert at Spark Arena, Auckland ~ I was there!

It was a phenomenal concert by Roger Waters in Auckland! An awesome set list of Pink Floyd classics and best selections from Roger’s latest album ‘Is This The Life We Really Want?’… plus, of course, many mind-boggling visual effects! Yes, the pig flew too.
