The Dream is Over: 55 years ago, John said “I don’t believe in Beatles, I just believe in me, Yoko and me, and that’s reality”. Aptly, “The End” was the last song recorded collectively by all four Beatles. Recorded in August, 1969, it’s the final song of the medley that comprises the majority of side two of their magnificent final album, ‘Abbey Road‘.
