I SO wanted to go to this concert in 1975, but I was just a school kid and living in Dunedin. Deep Purple imploded the next year, followed by the tragic drug overdose death of Tommy Bolin. I finally got to see DP live in 1984, when they reformed with Ritchie Blackmore & Ian Gillan.
