Geoff –
The last one with Moon and the last truly GREAT Who album! Who Are You' is primarily known for the tremendous title track and the fact that it was the final Who LP to feature Keith Moon on drums (he died a few months after recording was finished). However, there is so much more to 'Who Are You' -- the last truly GREAT Who album. It contains some fine Townshend penned numbers that are often overlooked (not a dud amongst them). "New Song" is a rocker that set the direction of style The Who would continue in the 80s, while the cutting "Sister Disco" was still in their live set in 2009. The arrangements, singing and playing on songs such as "Music Must Change", "Guitar and Pen" and Entwistle’s "Trick of the Light" are highly admirable and should be ranked alongside some of the group's best work. 'Who Are You' is classic rock music -- an essential addition to any Who fan's collection.
