Product Description
Rare Original Japanese Pressing On Green Target Capitol Label. Heavy Grade Gatefold Cover, Vinyl Still In Playable Condition! Includes Insert With Lyrics In English.
A hard rock phenomenon of the waning days of the Sixties, Grand Funk Railroad proved over and over that they were the live performing act of the time, and this album is a testament to their in-concert power! A raw, monster performance, with band and audience pushing one another to almost unheard heights of energy. Highlights are “In Need”, “Inside Looking Out” and “Into the Sun”.
Condition – Vinyl: VERY GOOD PLUS. Several surface marks on first LP do not affect play. There are some clicks audible here and there, but no skips or jumps. LP1 is VG / LP2 is EX, so VG+ overall. The music is so explosive that any surface noise is of no significance!
Condition – Cover: VERY GOOD PLUS. Medium and small splits along top edges, some edge and ring wear on outer.
Japanese vinyl pressings are highly sought after by audiophiles and collectors, due to their premium sound quality and beautifully presented packaging. The sonic quality of Japanese records is regarded as the best in the world. No wonder all the original Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab records were pressed in Japan! The covers are printed on better quality heavy stock paper too. Original Japanese pressings are becoming scarcer — and therefore more collectable and valuable every year.
