Hell had frozen over and although the Eagles had toured in the new millennium, it was still a surprise when Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmidt and Steuart Smith released 'Long Road Out of Eden’ in 2007 — over 28 years since their last studio LP, ‘The Long Run’! Crafted in fine detail over six years, the double album has excellent production and kept Eagles’ legacy intact. Worth having for the epic title track alone — one of their best songs of all time!
