Geoff –
Eagles Live mostly features ‘Hotel California’ and ‘The Long Run’ material, recorded on the 1980 tour, plus four tracks recorded in 1976 (with ex-member, Randy Meisner singing on "Take It to the Limit"). The previously unreleased "Seven Bridges Road" is a real highlight, with beautiful accapella vocal harmonies from the group. Also included are fine early songs, such as "Desperado" and "Take It Easy”, plus great renditions of Joe Walsh's "All Night Long” and "Life's Been Good". As expected with Eagles recordings, the production is top notch, making for a very enjoyable listening experience.
