def lep's hysteria remastered to def Great Def Leppard record, but the claim as being a double lp for the first time isn't true at all. That already has been done by Simply Vinyl about 20 years ago. Also the remastering isn't doing the record any favours either, it lacks bass and punch (let's be honest, not something Hysteria is known for). Comared to the Simply Vinyl Version it sounds harsh and lifeless plus the SV has a dead quiet surface to boot! The music is still stunning, even after 3 decades it sounds like they had tons of fun while making this record...... But this reisue let's the side down, that the reason for the 3 stars, mediocre remastering and record cutting rules nowadays, unfortunatly
