Product Description
Hard To Find Japanese Pressing Of Legendary Jam Sessions Of Rolling Stones Alumni With Ry Cooder On Slide Guitar! Vinyl Still In Top Condition. Includes Insert With Lyrics, Labels Are Clean.
Condition — Vinyl: EXCELLENT! Appears to have had very little play.
Condition — Cover: VERY GOOD PLUS! Some foxing, signs of age.
Released after high water mark, ‘Exile on Main St.’, this LP features three-fifths of The Rolling Stones (Mick Jagger, Bill Wyman, and Charlie Watts) along with session man extraordinaire Nicky Hopkins and guitarist Ry Cooder. More of a fun jam session than actual songs, ‘Jammimg With Edward’ features keyboard-dominated original numbers such as “Boudoir Stomp” and “Edward’s Thrump Up”, as well as more conventional cuts like a cover of Elmore James’ “It Hurts Me Too.” Definitely one for the Stones collectors!
Japanese vinyl pressings are highly sought after by audiophiles and collectors, due to their premium sound quality and beautifully presented packaging. The sonic quality of Japanese records is regarded as the best in the world. No wonder all the original Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab records were pressed in Japan! The covers are printed on better quality heavy stock paper too. Near Mint condition original Japanese pressings are becoming scarcer ~ and therefore more collectable and valuable every year.
