2017: Death of guitarist / bassist / songwriter / producer, George Young of The Easybeats, Marcus Hook Roll Band & AC/DC [aged 70]. The elder brother of Malcom & Angus Young, George helped set his brothers on their musical path, played bass on early AC/DC recordings and produced some of their albums.
In 1969, the mighty Led Zeppelin ‘II‘ album was released!! Can you imagine what it must have been like hearing “Whole Lotta Love” for the first time… 55 years ago!! Mind blowing Zep!!
