Special birthday wishes go out to my big brother, Neil! He’s pictured above with me, along with our parents, Alan & Joanna Dunn, on 5 March, 1994 (the day Cathy & I got married). Over the decades he could be heard on the air, as announcer for Radio New Zealand stations and here in Napier on Bay City Radio. He’s also a talented pianist, which he plays by ear. Not telling how old Neil is today, but he’s six years older than me and introduced me to the music of The Beatles in 1969, when I was seven! 😀 The amazing sounds of ‘Abbey Road’ would come together, rocking through the bedroom wall. Thanks, Neil ~ and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Iggy Pop is 77 today!!! Happy Birthday, Mr. James Osterburg. Seen him live a couple of times… The man is such an inspiration and definitely has a Lust for Life!
