Benoit David is 58 today ~ Happy Birthday, Benoit! For a few years (2008 to 2012), he was singer for YES, and did a fine job too. He only appeared on one studio LP (the fantastic ‘Fly From Here’), but with Benoit in the band, it meant YES could revisit material from ‘Drama’ (1980). Check out this jaw-dropping live version of “Machine Messiah” ~ also featuring Oliver Wakeman (Rick’s son) on keyboards, along with stalwarts, Steve Howe, Alan White and the late, very great Chris Squire.
